These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cbajia governing your use of the cbajia platform, including all gaming products, financial transactions, and support services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

The cbajia Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 18 years or older. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. cbajia reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to cbajia's satisfaction.
It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine whether accessing and using the cbajia Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration. cbajia makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all locations from which it is accessible. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for any resulting legal consequences.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the cbajia Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts identified by cbajia will be closed, and any balances held within them may be forfeited.
Employees of cbajia, its affiliated entities, Game Providers, and any other direct business partners are prohibited from registering or maintaining a Player Account on the Platform. This restriction extends to immediate family members of such employees residing in the same household.
To access real-money features of the cbajia Platform, Players must complete the registration process via the cbajia Login page and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, a valid full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
cbajia operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard platform security and anti-fraud obligations. cbajia may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request documentary evidence to verify a Player's identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill dated within the previous three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
Players are responsible for keeping their Account information accurate and up to date. Any change in name, address, mobile number, or payment method should be communicated to cbajia support promptly. Accounts that remain completely inactive — with no login, deposit, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. cbajia will notify Players prior to any administrative action taken in respect of dormant Accounts.
cbajia currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. cbajia will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any permanent removal of a supported payment method.
The minimum deposit amount on the cbajia Platform is ৳500 BDT. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar day may apply and will be displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of the transaction. cbajia reserves the right to adjust transaction limits with reasonable notice to Players.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Real Money Balance within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to process depending on the issuing bank. cbajia is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the cbajia finance team during operational hours. cbajia aims to complete withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request being submitted, subject to KYC verification status. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the Account, unless otherwise agreed in writing by cbajia.
All transactions on the cbajia Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). cbajia does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees incurred through international card payments are the responsibility of the card issuer and are not within cbajia's control.
cbajia may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. Players should read the individual terms of each promotion before accepting. By claiming any bonus, the Player is deemed to have accepted the applicable terms.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Balances are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. cbajia will not retroactively increase the wagering requirement applicable to a bonus once it has been accepted by a Player.
cbajia employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; collusion between Players; and any other conduct that cbajia reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. cbajia reserves the right to void bonus balances and any associated winnings, and to close the Account, in cases of confirmed bonus abuse.
Bonus Balances that are not wagered within the time period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically. cbajia is under no obligation to notify Players of impending bonus expiry, though it may do so as a courtesy.
All games available on the cbajia Platform are sourced from certified Game Providers whose random number generation (RNG) systems are subject to independent third-party testing and auditing. The outcomes of all games are determined entirely by the Game Provider's certified systems. cbajia does not alter, influence, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or display of a game, cbajia reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. cbajia will endeavour to resolve malfunctions promptly and will credit or reverse affected transactions in accordance with the Game Provider's malfunction policy.
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player. In sports betting, bets accepted prior to an event being cancelled, postponed, or materially altered will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules displayed on the relevant betting market.
Specific rules governing cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and all other sports offered on the cbajia Platform are published within the respective betting sections of the Platform. These sport-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific rule and a general provision of these Terms, the sport-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that sport.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their cbajia Login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cbajia strongly recommends that Players use a unique, strong password for their cbajia Account and do not share their credentials with any other person.
cbajia will never contact a Player by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request their password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from cbajia that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].
Players must notify cbajia immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account, loss of credentials, or any other security compromise. cbajia will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon such notification, which may include a temporary suspension pending investigation. cbajia accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials or has delayed reporting a suspected compromise.

cbajia uses Player data solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform, processing financial transactions, conducting KYC verification, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, and providing customer support. cbajia does not sell Player personal data to third-party marketing organisations.
The cbajia Platform is protected by SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmission channels. Player financial data, including payment method details, is handled by certified payment processors and is not stored in unencrypted form on cbajia's servers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbajia's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
cbajia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if cbajia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cbajia is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, power outages, government actions, or other force majeure events.
The cbajia Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cbajia makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
cbajia reserves the right to suspend any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. During a suspension period, the Player will be unable to access the Platform, deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.
Following investigation of a suspension, cbajia may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player net of any amounts legitimately owed to cbajia, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting cbajia support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, cbajia will process any remaining Real Money Balance to the Player's verified payment method and close the Account within a reasonable timeframe. Voluntary closure requests cannot be processed where a Player has an outstanding KYC verification requirement.
cbajia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — cbajia will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.
Continued use of the cbajia Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they should cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to arrange Account closure and return of any Real Money Balance.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party — may be made at any time without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their own jurisdiction when accessing the cbajia Platform.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and cbajia, the Player should first contact cbajia's support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. cbajia will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and will aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). cbajia is committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and in good faith.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and cbajia, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
